Joanna Lee aka Flashlash has been in the lash world for 13 years as an artist, educator, judge, writer and international 

speaker and podcast producer and presenter.

Prior to the beauty industry, she was in Broadcasting both in front of and behind the camera.  Her last presenting role was as a Weather presenter for Sky News but she has a whole raft of presenting and voice-over work under her belt.

She has a real heart for serving others, be that lashes or presenting skills.  During lockdown it became so clear that she needed to help others feel more confident so that they could put themselves out there on social media and beyond in order to build up their businesses, just like she did and hence her confidence coaching business was born.
