Meet Mila
Her journey is amazing and I'm so excited to have been part of it thus far and will continue to be part of her growth within the industry for a while yet.
In 2022 she was on the verge of giving up lashes but she went to LashFest (on her own) and got inspired.
Since then she has levelled up, faced her fears, put herself out there and invested in my coaching programme.
She came to me at the point when she had got herself NOTICED...and invited to speak at LashFest 2023 but needed help in executing her talk.
I helped her define her subject, structure her talk, build her slides and deliver with confidence.
As a group on The Visibility Gateway, we use my 3 strategies; Be Bold (mindset), Be Heard (vocals), Be Seen (camera and presentation skills). We meet on Zoom for an hour each week. It's over a 6 month period. They also access my extensive teaching portal full of videos and tasks to move them on. They each get 3 x 1:1 calls with me and access to amazing guest speakers.
As well as building confidence and presenting skills, I also endeavour to connect them and hook them up with speaking opportunities in their industry.
For instance, In her 2 months since joining me - Mila has 2 more very exciting opportunities - workshop host at @worldlashuniversity and speaker @opalbeautygames

Meet Carlene
Another lovely review from @carlene_lashboxla who graduates from The Visibility Gateway with fire in her belly, plus her first stage appearance under her belt and her first talk at @opalbeautygames booked in in the Autumn. She was also invited to run a workshop at World Lash University. How amazing!!
She has had all these opportunities as a result of who she is of course and all the knowledge and experience she has but what the mentoring has given her is the confidence to SHINE HER LIGHT and let her out there!

Meet Nikki!
What a lovely review and what a journey she has been on from severely bullied at school by students and one horrible teacher - for essentially being severely dyslexic to life changing surgery; no surprise that her confidence took a few knocks along the way but man oh man.....this girl has nonetheless dreamed BIG.
She wants more for herself but her goal is also to massively help others who have struggled. She needed to get the word our and Nikki is hungry to get on stages around the world to tell her story.
She sold her car to hire me as her mentor. Now that just shows you how determined she is!
She was a joy to work with. Took every challenge in her stride and the result? Well for starters she brought the house down when she stepped on stage at LashFest.
I'm excited to see if she can do it again at Opal Games in the Autumn! No pressure Nikki!
